Educational and truthful as always. In our industry we see this with competitors who have been in business for ten years and who have also been doing strategic marketing and branding. Time is a factor, but not always decisive. Thankfully our small, family owned company has been able to rank next to the big guys thanks to content and building topical authority. It is a work in progress with us and we have seen improvement in ranking in the past three months only due to content editing, re-publishing and internal link improvement. Site speed has also played a role.

Semantically connected content is what wins, but of course UX is a major contributor to user satisfaction and brand positioning.

Titles are very important as they show in the player and in the search engine results pages. Only 50 characters show up in universal search so include a targeted keyword phrase at the start. At the same time, make sure that your titles are compelling to encourage clicks. To me, it's Javed Miandad hands down. Many times, I used to hate his guts. May be, that's my inner feeling of acknowledgement of his willingness to fight till the end, the sign of greatness, if there is one. My only disappointment with JM is that his average against WI, the greatest team during his playing time, is less than good. If he averaged 10 runs per innings against them, he would have been an automatic choice in the greatest test XI ahead of even greats like Sachin, only behind other automatic choices Sir Bradman and Viv Richards. Yousuf, Anwar and Zaheer, if you take away their performances against their arch rivals India, is moderate against other elite teams like Aussies, Eng and SA. I think Inzimam and Younis are the next best batsman after Miandad in that order.

I second Benster 2, for what he said. Jury is questionable for not including Mohammad Yousuf in the all time XI. This is seriously annoying. A batsman who has the best batting average in history of Pakistani Test Cricket has been left out of the team. Zaheer Abbas's inclusion is surprising. He has never been a match winner for Pakistan. And he scored 12 centuries, only half the number of centuries scored by Mohammad Yousuf. I am extremely disappointed by this selection.

In conventional swing, the ball swings most when it is new. Reverse swing happens – unpredictably – when the ball is old. In conventional swing, bowlers face a trade-off between swing and speed. In reverse swing, the ball actually swings more at higher speeds, particularly when the bowler achieves a yorker length. A Test batsman has to cope with a ball at 85mph or more which at the last moment spears in at his feet or the base of his stumps. This is hard enough now, when reverse swing has become familiar. In the 1980s it seemed devilish – and its origins gave some of its victims another opportunity to display their prejudices against Pakistan and its cricketers.

He was lucky to bowl at a time when batsmen had no clue how to bat against reverse swing. No doubt, he was a fantastic bowler, but I leave it at that. Wasim cut down his pace and became the most lethal bowler ever. Waqar lost his pace and became an average bowler. This alone tells you the difference between wasim's mental strength and guile and Waqar's mental strength and guile. I also disagree with a lot of your selections. Recommend 0

There’s nothing I don’t love about this concept. Except, that is, the food. I am mystified by what I was fed, particularly as the website gushes of ‘great, handmade food’ that can be enjoyed by ‘football fans and foodies alike’. A starter of The Treble pies was a miserable array of microwaved limp pastry, which we had to cross-reference with the menu to ascertain the filling. The tiny pies arrived steaming in a cardboard frame, fresh from the microwave. Some spindly, chewy, formerly frozen salt and pepper squid arrived lying on a bed of supposed spring onion and coriander dressing. As the reach of any high profile football club stretches further than ever before – and the aspects that make up its visual identity are expected to do more than ever before – there has been renewed focus on the design of the beautiful game. This year CR has already covered new work for Juventus as they attempt go ‘beyond football’, while last year we reported in detail on the crest redesign taking shape at Aston Villa. In 2013, we wrote about Everton’s extremely short-lived redesign and its fan-chosen replacement. As a study of how symbols become imbued with meaning over time, the history of football crests is an interesting yet relatively unexplored area of design. And, as far as CR is aware, there isn’t currently a resource that documents the design history of a medium that goes back to the late 19th-century. However, a recently launched project that has already hit its funding target on Kickstarter after just a few days, hopes to change that. Liverpool artwork by Mike Sullivan The Football Crest Index was conceived by James Kirkup, a senior digital designer at Studio Juice in London, and is billed as “a detailed history behind the crests of the 47 clubs to have graced the Premier League, represented by designers who support them”. Kirkup’s initial interest in the history of football club crest design came from a visit to the Camp Nou stadium in Barcelona, he explains. “Discovering the background behind Barcelona’s crest made me realise the rich history behind clubs crests is so pivotal, so iconic and yet they’re never massively celebrated. “A few years on from that visit I’d got to a point of doing a fair bit of digital design work that I wanted to do something in print again,” he says. “The thought of doing something with football was really exciting and the two thoughts came together to form The Football Crest Index.” Derby artwork by Mark Johnson Chelsea artwork by Nik Hannay Having recently exceeded its funding target on Kickstarter, the Index is now set to become a reality. Alongside a host of images of historic crests and recent iterations, brief texts will detail the history of each club’s crest design and its meaning. There will also be a series of unique artworks running throughout the book created by a fan of each of the featured clubs. “Since launching on Kickstarter we’ve been quite lucky with more designers who have worked at clubs in the past getting in touch, but we’ve been quite unlucky when it comes to design references directly from the clubs involved,” Kirkup adds. “However the invitation is fully open to anyone wants to come forward to let us know they worked on a crest, past or present.” With funding still growing, Kirkup now has the potential to develop the project further. “We had initial idea of putting together a gallery event that showcases all the artwork from the designers involved in the book and then enables us to raise more money for the charities we’re working with,” he says. “That’s something we can now achieve now that the book phase is completely funded. We’re chatting with a couple of organisations that have done similar, successful things in the past like Secret 7 for instance , to make sure we do things to the best of our ability.” If Kirkup’s volume focusing on the Premier League is a success, the designer plans to turn his attention to the graphic design of club crests from other football leagues in Europe such as La Liga in Spain, the Bundesliga in Germany and Italy’s Serie A. This topic seems actually quite controversial. Google answered the question by what could be taken as a denial. But their answer was kind of open to interpretations. And on the other hand, there are studies (one of them from Moz) that showed linking out has an impact. So, how can you be so assertive? Is it something that comes out from your own experiments? The touching tribute was organised by the Taxi Charity for Military Veterans, with the elderly Second World War veterans and their families leaving Portsmouth for Caen, northern France, on Sunday. The BS7558 standard was first introduced in 1992. How Can Gun Cabinets be Fixed or Attached? Gun cabinets are the preferred method for storing firearms. Ideally, the cabinet should be fixed to a brick wall or one that is constructed from reinforced concrete or concrete blocks. The room in which the cabinet and firearms are stored should not have access directly to the outside, but be an inner room. Gun cabinets should feature welded seams and lock mechanisms on the insides, containing 5 levers. Rifle cabinets should feature two locks, because of their height. As far as I understand your end goal of using Facebook is to drive traffic to your website (putting it in simple terms), which is what 90% of businesses in the end use Facebook for. My experience, however, is very similar to yours showing that no matter how well targeted the content is, when a Facebook user lands on your website the bounce rate is too high (usually around 70-80%, which is also what we see from your screenshot above). Since the goal is not to just drive traffic (because we know there are simpler ways to do it), but to drive engaged users to your website, this method fails to do that as well. So far I have not seen successful methods of using Facebook for generating engaged users to your website.

It would be interested to see such cases of Facebook traffic with low site bounce rate. If you have some, please share :)

You'll notice beyond the midway point that the cast sheds their ham performances in favor of razor-sharp timing in the second act. There aren't many movies like this in our culture. The violence, the language, and the gratuitous nudity are designed specifically to appeal to the twelve-year-old people of the world. Meanwhile, your R-rated movies are always meant for adults, right? I loved this movie, and not just because it was done by people I admire. I had seen Wet Hot American Summer before I ever heard of these guys, and had gotten the same feeling. I actually feel a little dumb watching movies like this, because I have no idea what I am being shown. I have to see it once just to get the big picture, then a second time to fully enjoy all the shenanigans for what they are. After that, I suddenly feel like a genius because I am in on the joke. That's the stuff that the twelve-year-old grows up to appreciate when they see it again in ten years, and it's the stuff that "cult" is made of.

There's no getting around the fact that when Trevor Noah started, he looked like a kid in his first suit. The new "Daily Show" host is still green — the South African comedian had made a scant few appearances on the show before replacing Jon Stewart. But with most of the same staff in place, the writing remains extremely sharp, and Noah has gradually gotten more sure-footed (though his interviewing could use work), even relying on his South African identity to sharpen his humor. 

Limitations of this study include the inherent complexity of the shows, including the subjective nature of the recommendations such as distinguishing between what was said and what was implied. To our knowledge, a detailed analysis like this has not been attempted before, and thus determining the best approach to gathering and quantifying the information was iterative. Although the protocol was planned ahead, it was adapted due to unanticipated challenges in data collection and interpretation. While this was a limitation, it also represents a lack of pre-disposition bias.

Mass media in the form of television, radio and printed material are frequently used to deliver medical information to the public. Research suggests that mass media can improve public knowledge1 and potentially improve health behaviors.2 Television is one of the most important mass media sources of health information.3 4 However, concerns have been raised about the quality, completeness and accuracy of medical information covered in the news media,5 6 7 8 and television news media is no exception.7 8 The quality of information outside of the news media has not been examined.

Data collection and outcome measuresThree members of the research group (GMA, MRK, CK) reviewed two episodes of each show from the previous year to help inform the development of a data collection spreadsheet.The primary outcome was the percentage of recommendations and claims (henceforth referred to as recommendations) supported by evidence as determined by a team of experienced evidence reviewers. Secondary outcomes included topics discussed, the number of recommendations made, the types and details of the recommendations, and general episode characteristics.We had no previous information on which to base an estimation of the needed sample size to make a reasonable estimate of the number of recommendations that were evidence based. Based on direct observation of two of each of the shows, we hypothesized that 50% of the recommendations would be supported by evidence, then calculated that 158 recommendations would give an 80% chance that the 95% confidence interval would have a precision within ±10%. We estimated there would be at least two definitive or stronger recommendations per episode. Therefore, to attain 158 recommendations, we needed to review 80 episodes. Using a random number generator, 40 of the recorded episodes for each of The Dr Oz Show and The Doctors were randomly selected for analysis.Being unfamiliar with broadcast health information, we were unaware of the non-specific nature of many statements and recommendations given on medical television talk shows. In addition, the content of the medical information provided on talk shows has not previously been assessed systematically. This required us to use an iterative approach to the study design, ultimately resulting in three small changes to the protocol and one larger change (see data supplement for full details). To focus on stronger or clearer recommendations for the evidence review portion of the analysis, the reviewers attempted to delineate the more definitive recommendations. This was based on both the strength of the wording (for example, “Get your kids vaccinated” was considered a strong recommendation, whereas “Prescription retin-A helps with ear and other types of acne” was not) and the context in which the recommendation was made (for example, a recommendation may have been classified as strong if it was repeated multiple times). After independent review, data extraction was compared, disagreement of coding and classification was resolved by consensus or third party adjudication (CK, MRK, or GMA), and overall agreement was calculated. We found some of the initial classification of topics and recommendations included categories that were too broad. Therefore, two investigators (CK, JMcC) reclassified all topics and recommendations, again with a third investigator (GMA) resolving any uncertainties.After preliminary review of the data, it was determined that more specific detail was needed to better quantify the type of information provided for all recommendations. Two new reviewers (CC, CF) independently watched the same randomly selected episodes and focused on the recommendations to identify if a benefit was described (such as “heart healthy”), if the benefit was specific (such as “reduces heart attacks”), if a magnitude of benefit was given (such as “reduced 5%”), if costs were mentioned (such as “this supplement costs $5 a month”), and if potential risks or harms were mentioned. In addition, the observers recorded any mention of potential conflict of interest with each recommendation or acknowledgement of potential conflicts of interest at any point during the show. After independent review, data extraction was compared, disagreement was resolved by consensus or third party adjudication (CK, MRK, or GMA), and overall agreement was calculated.

Some of our favorite talk shows have endured some pretty intense scandals over the years, from battles between co-hosts to affair accusations and more, and Wonderwall.com is rounding up the most dramatic controversies to date! PageRank increases in a geometric manner similar to the earthquake Richter Scale. For example, it is harder to go from a PR4 to a PR5, than it was to reach the PR4 from a PR3. In a similar fashion, it’s even harder to get to a PR 6, than it was to get to PR5 from PR4, and so on up. Each level requires increasingly more high value incoming links than did the previous level.

Authority Back Links– these are generated from high traffic and high PR established websites and web properties. Authority backlinks are typically on websites that have a high page rank of 6 or above, can be on an educational or government websites (.edu back links & .gov backlinks), or on any other web property that can be perceived as an authority website or web property that has an established presence with a healthy back link portfolio and established website history.

Furthermore the Website Authority Checker reports equity links. This means only links which pass link value are returned (excluding nofollow links, 302 redirects, etc.). For this reason the number of reported links by this tool will almost always be smaller than the numbers returned by other tools.

What Makes A Backlink A High Quality Backlink? By Mark Walters Getting backlinks – links from other websites to your business’s website – is the most effective way to improve your rankings. A backlink can be relevant on different levels. Search engines consider the overall relevance of the linking site, the relevance of the specific page with the link on it, and the relevance of the content directly surrounding the link. From a trusted source It’s logical that a high quality backlink would come from a high quality website, and that a high quality site would also be a very trustworthy site. To determine if a website is trustworthy, search engines use a set of trusted seed sites (for example, Wikipedia, BBC, The Huffington Post, etc.), which they know for sure are high quality and which are difficult to get links from. The fewer the number of links away a site is from one of the seed sites, the higher its TrustRank is, and the higher the quality a link from that site is. The original purpose of links, before the time search engines started using them as a factor in their algorithms, was to add value to a page by directing visitors to resources relevant to the topic of that page. Visitors still click these links as often as they did when the internet was first created, and having a link in a prominent position on a highly visited page makes it high quality because, regardless of rankings, it will bring your website a continual stream of targeted visitors. Exact/phrase/synonym match anchor link text used The quality of a backlink increases if the words that form the clickable text of the link are the same as, or similar to, the words that you’re trying to improve your rankings for. It looks unnatural to have a lot of incoming links made up of exactly the same anchor link text though, so use plenty of variations. If you’re trying to rank your site for ‘mortgage advice’, as well as getting links with ‘mortgage advice’ as the anchor link text, good variations would be ‘advice on mortgages’, ‘professional mortgage advice’ and ‘mortgage guidance’. In-content In-content backlinks (i.e. backlinks within a block of text) are the most likely to be editorial links, which are exactly the type of links that search engines value most, and if a link is included early on in a piece of content then it’s natural to assume that the author of that content considers it be an important link. Therefore, a backlink within the main content area of a page, and towards the top of that content area, is considered to be more high quality than a link lower down the page or in the sidebar or footer. On a page with PageRank PageRank (PR) is the most basic and obvious measure to use when assessing the worth of a backlink – the higher the PR of the page where the link is located, the higher the quality of that link. PR can be a misleading metric though. All webpages start off with a PR of 0 (or n/a to be precise) and the PR of a page can rise and fall over time. Also, the PR value that Google displays for a page is only updated for the general public every 3 or so months, but within the algorithm it’s updated constantly. So, the PR value you see is only an estimate, and could well be a point or 2 off of the true PR. Next to backlinks to authority websites If a backlink to your business’s website is included on a page that links to high quality sites, especially ones in the same niche as your site, then it indicates to search engines that your site should be put in the same bracket as those high quality sites. If the other links on the page are to low quality sites, then your site won’t necessarily be classed as low quality also, but rather search engines may opt not to include those links as a factor, either positively or negatively, in their ranking calculations. From a different source to your existing backlinks There’s a strong correlation between higher rankings for a website and the number of unique websites (i.e. different domain names hosted on different IP addresses) linking to that site. All else being equal, it’s preferable to have 10 links from 10 different websites than 100 links from 3 different websites. So, for a new link to your business’s website to be considered high quality, it should be from a website which hasn’t already linked to you. Not reciprocal Link exchanges were widely abused in the past, which resulted in the value of reciprocal links being reduced. Reciprocal links do still have value, and there’s certainly no risk of a penalty being applied as a consequence of them, however, if you’re looking for a backlink of the highest possible quality, then it should come from a website that you’re not also linking to from your own site. Few other backlinks on the page The trust and authority flowing through a page with a backlink to your site on it gets divided up between all of the links on that page, and so the less links there are on a page, the higher the quality of the links on the page, as the the trust and authority passed on is less diluted. It depends on a few factors, but as a rule of thumb, having a link to your site share a page with less than 10 other external links would be considered good. Not easily acquired The more easily you can acquire a backlink, the less value it will likely have. The chances are that if you can get it a couple of minutes, or with a couple of clicks, then thousands of people will have done it before you and thousands more will do it after you – including your competitors if they take the time to review your site’s backlink profile. If a competitor replicates one of your links then the value of that link to you has been neutralised in your head-to-head SEO contest with that particular competitor. Not paid for Paid links can, and often do, improve rankings, however, they can’t be classed as high quality backlinks because of the risk they carry. Search engines explicitly say that purchasing backlinks for the purpose of improving the rankings of your website contravenes their guidelines, and that websites found to be doing so may be penalised. I have a level 51 game going through android and iPhone but both devices crash. While William H Macy is a talented and accomplished actor, envisioning him as the voice of reason in the frantic household that is Family Guy is a bit strange. His voice just doesn’t fit as well as the monotone, sarcastic voice of Seth MacFarlane, and many fans are glad things worked out the way they did.

He wrote, animated and voice acted for his animation, entitled The Life of Larry, which dealt with many of the same themes that can be seen in the general plot of Family Guy. The characters in his original project were not as bombastic as the ones on his eventual TV show, but the inspiration for the show can be seen in his early work.

The book is a biographical monologue by Lois Griffin discussing her memories of growing up and to her attempted run for mayor in the town of Quahog. Though the book primarily consists of a loose narrative monologue by Lois, it is also interspersed with sections from other characters such as Peter Griffin. The book covers events featured in the Family Guy episode "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One", with which it shares a title. It was published in the United Kingdom in 2007 by Orion Books.

Because of this fact, and the fact that MacFarlane has openly talked about it, some fans have concoted conspiracy theories surrounding the show. None of them have any real basis in fact, but there are some interesting theories out there that indicate Seth MacFarlane may be a time traveler.

Is it any good?QUALITYThis wacky brand of fast-paced humor isn't for everyone. As a plot device, Peter's visions can serve as a distraction, which ultimately disrupts what might be a storyline. I love the game but like some of the tasks you have to do in the game is too long and , you have to do all these tasks just to earn a character. Also for some reason I can't get past level eight. Like I earn the xp points and the bar doesn't go up, I should've past level eight by now. Also like when you give the character a task to do it takes way to long, I know that you earn coins and sometimes xp points but the wait is too long.

I loved playing this game and I was at level 29 I had just got to the point where I can unlock stewie, some happened with my computer and it started the game all over again. I think that it is really messed up there no place for you to save your progress, Google has the cloud why can't windows let us save our progress through one drive. This is not the first time this has happened,to me and I think it's unfair that have to start from the beginning. I put in so much time and effort on this game and I enjoy playing it but I refuse to start over, I will be uninstalling until this fixed. More

age 13+ A Hit and Miss program Family Guy is a good show, mainly for teens and young adults. It's raunchy potty humor and random hilarity keep young teens interested but there are some very mature subtle subjects that get dropped into the program. While some of the episodes end with a good message or moral-lesson, for the most part they are all the same in their crude humor and lesson-less programming. When Carrie Fisher died late last year, Family Guy dedicated an episode to the Star Wars star. Fisher had also recorded two episodes for the show before she died, which aired in its 15th season.

Needs fixing by Kita579 I obviously love the show which is why I downloaded the game a couple of years ago. It started out fun and still has its moments, which is why I continue to play. However, lately I feel as if unless you don't have a job or life, you can't realistically complete each event having accumulated every character. You have to spend your money and purchase a bunch of clams. I have thought about deleting the app but then I remind myself of all of the money I've spent and think about how it will have been for nothing. I think that they should have more characters be available to drop the items needed to get the next character and also not make the time between the drop so lengthy. Sometimes it takes a character 6-8 hours before they drop an item and it's not even guaranteed they will drop it! That isn't right. I just might have to count my losses and delete the app if things don't get better.
